More running
I got out on the trail twice this week. Monday I ran 3 miles and Wednesday I ran 2 miles. It felt real good. I was able to keep a 10 min per mile pace both times. My thighs hurt just a little. For the 3 mile my heart rate averaged about 163 bpm and for the two mile only about 152 bpm. The shorter distance didn't allow me to get up to the 186 max I reached on Monday. It's colder now but I'll try to get another one in on Friday. Too much stuff going on Saturday to consider running. Next I hope to get in more running.
